FINAL MAJOR PROJECT
For my final University project, I created a 3-part docu-series about the lack of access young people have to the performing arts.
I interviewed Youth Theatre leaders, teachers, campaigners, politicians, parents and young people for this project.
Quays TV is the award-winning Salford University student TV station in the home of British broadcasting, MediaCity.
Over the course of my degree, I had to do 15 newsdays at QuaysTV creating news packages for the channel.

In 2023, I spent two weeks on placement at Firecracker Films. During this time, I got to work with the production teams on Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over USA for the BBC and Body In The Bag: The Murder of Melanie Hall for Channel 5.
Some of the tasks I undertook were research, scriptwriting, sourcing archival footage, finding contributors and scouting potential filming locations.
